- Tip #5 - Use a timer for time out discipline, This will stop the can I come out of my room now call that can be continuous. #
- Tip #4 - Declutter tip - start with 3 draws today, just pull them out. Now toss in a pile anything worn out, grown out or simply unwanted. Now get it out of the house. #
- Tip #3 - Shopping tip - Keep a large washing basket int the boot of the car. Fill it with the groceries and make less trips back to the car for all those bags. #
- Tip #2 - Keep food, especially snacks, off of your counters. It will help to keep you from snacking. Out of sight, out of mind! #
- Tip #1 - Pack lunches the night before to save yourself some valuable "morning time" #
